I was the Team Leader in Iowa (Each state has a team leader) for International Drone Community (IDC) and I organized the First ever International Drone Community Event that took place 2016 in Cambridge, IA during Skunk River Valley Days. I held the drone event primarily for local farmers.
DroneSharks was created to produce the International Drone Community Event. Several farmers, Drone Vendors showed up and local and regional Ag Media and the Secretary of Agriculture, Bill Northey. One drone was sold to a local farmer under the table. At the time FAA would not allow farmers flying drones without a license.
